What we build
The product comes before the machine.
Powders, free-flowing granules, whole pieces and irregular solids behave differently. We specify the machinery around the product, target weight, pack format and required throughput, with machines built to our own design briefs.
Weighing and filling
Linear and multihead weighers for suitable products; auger fillers where a powder needs a different approach.
Bagging and sealing
VFFS baggers and premade pouch machines, specified around the pack format and the product being filled.
Inspection and product handling
Checkweighing, metal detection and conveying systems considered alongside the rest of the line.
From specification to support
A project has to work beyond delivery.
Specify the application
We establish the product characteristics, target weight, format and rate before quoting. The selected machine, destination and installation also determine the documentation required.
Build to the agreed brief
Our machines are built in production facilities we direct, to our own design briefs. Capacity, contact materials, tooling and parts availability are part of the specification.
Install and commission
Larger installations are commissioned by an engineer from our production line. Smaller units are installed, and operators trained, by contracted engineers local to you. On-site project management is provided where the project justifies it.
Keep critical spares close
For critical wear items, we hold stock on your site and restock as it is used. Engineering, production and commissioning capability is distributed across the region we serve.
