Weighing, filling and sealing machinery — Libratus Group

Weighing, filling and sealing machinery.

for {{ cycleWord }}

A CE mark means nothing to a WHS inspector in Australia or a riksa uji examiner in Indonesia. We specify against the standard that applies where the machine lands.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you're packing

Product, target weight, format, throughput. A short email is enough.

  2. 02

We come back with a configuration and a price

    Usually within two working days.

  3. 03

    Built to your specification

If physical assessment is needed, Libratus will advise on the appropriate route during specification.

  4. 04

    Installed, commissioned, documented

On site where it's needed, remote where it isn't.

Compliance

A machine you can't legally commission is scrap in a crate.

Low-cost suppliers ship equipment with a generic CE mark and nothing behind it. CE is a European conformity mark — it carries no weight with an Australian WHS inspector or an Indonesian riksa uji examiner. When someone asks for the documentation that actually applies, it doesn't exist, and the line sits idle.

Standards by market
Market Requirement
Australia & New Zealand WHS Act duties, AS 4024 guarding
Singapore WSH Act Fifth Schedule
Malaysia DOSH / OSHA requirements
Indonesia riksa uji inspection, Permenaker 38/2016

About pricing

Need an exact price for your line?

The figures on the pricing page are genuine indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on the application and the engineering required around it.

  • Product characteristics
  • Target weight and throughput
  • Build specification
  • Format and tooling
  • Hazardous-area requirements

What we pack

Four product forms. The same equipment runs across all of them.

The machine doesn't care what's in the hopper. It cares how the product behaves.

Not sure which applies? →

Powders

Protein, spices, milk powder, flour. Auger dosing, low target weights, hoppers that don't bridge.

Powder packaging lines →

Free-flowing granules

Coffee, sugar, rice, seeds, kibble. Multihead combination weighing with minimal giveaway.

Granule packaging lines →

Industries

Eight sectors, one machine range.

Come at it by sector if that's how your line is organised. Each sector page opens on what matters when automating that type of production.
